Founded in 2021
Neu Company, LLC was founded in 2021 in Lafayette, LA by two brothers. The company was formed to provide engineering solutions for the industrial maintenance industry. The business quickly grew to offer multidiscipline engineering, project management, and drafting services to many commercial and industrial clients.

Mr. Marks began his career in the steel industry optimizing materials for specific applications. Mr. Marks later transitioned to the oilfield service industry where he has spent 10+ years. Mr. Marks has a proven background in taking multiple offshore drilling tools from the early design phase all the way through global commercialization. Mr. Marks is able to leverage a wide range of experience in engineering, reliability, operations, field services, and assembly & maintenance to improve existing technologies and launch new ones.

With extensive experience in managing and designing a variety of projects such as subdivisions, area-wide detention, and civil sites, Mr. Thibodeaux excels in delivering precise and reliable engineering solutions.
