Neu Company, LLC was founded in 2021 in Lafayette, LA by two brothers. The company was formed to provide engineering solutions for the industrial maintenance industry. The business quickly grew to offer multidiscipline engineering, project management, and drafting services to many commercial and industrial clients.

Mr. Neu's experience includes structural engineering, water and wastewater treatment and distribution, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. While in pursuit of his Masters, Mr. Neu researched structural engineering principles with an emphasis on structural dynamics, finite element analysis modeling, and programming.

Mr. Mitchell Marks graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. Mr. Marks later transitioned to the oilfield service industry, where he has spent over 10 years developing, improving, and commercializing offshore drilling technologies. Mr. Marks has a proven background in taking multiple offshore drilling tools from the early design phase through testing, field implementation, and global commercialization.
Mr. Marks brings a broad range of experience in mechanical design, overhead crane systems, finite element analysis, reliability, operations, field services, and assembly and maintenance. He has extensive knowledge of point cloud data processing and analysis, allowing him to support complex field investigations and develop practical engineering solutions from real-world conditions. Mr. Marks is able to leverage his diverse technical and operational background to improve existing technologies, evaluate complex systems, and launch new engineering solutions.

Mr. Ross is currently an Engineer Intern in Louisiana, actively working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer licensure through progressive engineering experience.

Mr. Grant Foret graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, where he was named Valedictorian of the Civil Engineering Department. Mr. Foret began his career gaining experience in both consulting and industrial engineering environments, with a focus on structural analysis, design, inspections, modifications, and repairs. His experience includes steel, reinforced concrete, timber, masonry, and fiberglass reinforced plastic structures, as well as foundation design, monorail analysis, lifting and rigging plans, fall protection anchor point design, and forensic evaluations.
Mr. Foret brings strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and practical project experience to Neu Company. His background in structural engineering, construction administration, project coordination, and technical communication allows him to contribute throughout all phases of project development and execution. Mr. Foret is currently an Engineer Intern in Louisiana, actively working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer licensure through progressive engineering experience.
